Defining your short / medium and long term goals

What we are talking about here…
Now you have thought about your values and purpose – the foundations of your life – how are you going to get there? What is the first, second, third things you are going to do today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, the year after, three years from now, five years from now, ten years from now?

These are your goals!

Why it is important to have goals…
No goals, no direction, no sense of achievement – you know the story already if you have been through your purpose – just to remind you – no purpose > no goals, no achievement, no satisfaction – just frustration, fear, unhappiness – no sense of fulfilment – you have nothing to measure yourself against.
What you need to know…
Your goals are what you want to achieve, reach, get to or accomplish.
Hey – here’s an idea for you – why not write some down:

OK – so you got stuck at next week – so sleep on it – but keep at it
